Join the PICSTACY Collective

PICSTACY Studio offers immersive internship positions for aspiring film editors, colorists, sound designers, visual effects artists, and creative directors. Work directly on active feature films, commercial promos, independent music videos, and offline web tool pipelines under direct mentorship from Ceejay Achu and department leads.

Film & Video Editing

Timeline assembly, rough cut pacing, rhythm cutting for music videos, multicam syncing, and NLE workflows in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve & FCPX.

Track 02

Color Grading & DI

Digital Intermediate (DI) color grading in DaVinci Resolve, ACES / Log footage transformation, film stock emulation, and custom LUT development.

Track 03

VFX & Motion Graphics

After Effects motion typography, title sequence design, rotoscoping, screen cleanups, cyber aesthetic visual FX, and 3D animation in Blender.

Track 04

Sound Design & Audio

Foley sound compilation, vocal mixing & autotune processing, stem mastering, 16-bit WAV rendering, and multitrack DAW production.

Track 05

Direction & Ideation

Creative storyboard development, cinematic treatment decks, moodboards, script breakdowns, and promotional content strategy.

Track 06

Web Tools & Scripting

JavaScript video editors, After Effects JSX scripting, canvas rendering engines, and offline audio/video web utility design.
